I tried to register but it crashed in the register screen only, when I try to press the button for registration, it crashes. It's almost worse online service.

One of the worst App. App does not open most of the time. If by chance they open they crash and close. Support from Call centre/ email is equally slow

This app is soo buggy and lags each time you open. Most of the time screen doesn't load properly. I keep getting unexpected error most of the time. You charge so much rent so please please invest in a good app. It's been 3 years since I'm using this. Previously it was not even 1 star. Then there was a release some time last year and there were some in app cosmetic changes and basic functionality improvement. But no point. In app page load time sucks big time!

Can't even register, I have been trying for more than a week now and it keep saying "Internal server error". And don't reply with please contact bla bla bla... either you fix the error or reply directly with the solution. Update: now whenever I try to sign-in the app crash, and can't apply for a maintenance request. Update: New contract is not showing when I log in, and when I try to sign up new one app crash.

This app is really bad and worst app u can even imagine. Ezdan services are going down and down every day. i tried to register in this, but every time error pops up as invalid contact no. I tried with country code ,without country code , mobile no. And landline but everytime same error pops up. Now where to complaint for day to day maintenance work ??

This EZDAN mobile app kept crashing, and then I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Then reopen again and crash again, and this mobile app is useless.

I am able to install the application. Once Installed when I am trying to create user, app is getting crashed. I tried 3 Android mobiles and one iPhone as well. All are getting crashed. As a user I am more frustrated. I started calling my Ezdan supervisor everytime and now that person is also not responding properly.
