Almost every time my order is not complete. Some products are missing, sometimes I get products I did not order. The person in charge getting my order ready calls me saying they don't have a product then. in 15 min if I go shopping in person, the same product is on the shelf.

This is not usable , got multiple errors linking discount card and was not able to complete payment after selecting products. Very dissapointing.

The app is ok, useful. But the payment process sucks. Both for me (BCR card) or my wife the payment fails. I enter my card details, confirm the transaction in etoken, return to mega app and press ok, then receive an error that payment failed (despite having the funds ...). Kept trying multiple times, same result. Sometimes revolut works sometimes it does not and we have to cancel the whole order ...

Bad marketing techniques that are bothersome

First order today. Overall, good user experience. Things to improve: 1. The search results (the results do not include all the items containing the searched word). 2. After the order is at the courier, it would be nice to see the location, with a map (see Glovo). 3. The delivery adress page.

Worst app ever. I tried to add my address but it locates it in another city although I place the pin on the map. Then I try selecting some products to purchase but if a moment ago the dairy section was there, the next moment it completely disappeared and I can't select dairy anymore. Then I try choosing an available date for delivery, it shows me one option in green that is available but when I select it, it says that date is not available. What a waste of time! Mega image is self sabotaging.

The app was useless in the emergency lockdown period. But not only that, the home delivery or pickup services provided by mega image were completely unusable, all slots being occupied. All they prepared were just marketing ppts showing they care about the situation.
