Horrible app! I issued my student card, they sent me a confirmation e-mail, it's already been a week and I still do not have my card as the app does not recognise my personnumer! And when I sent them screenshots and asked them to fix the issue, they just told me to download the app while I already did that, it just does not recognise my personal number and says "we have no information about your studies".

So i get the app to have the discounts on transport right. Because for some reason they won't give you those discounts with a plastic card... But then the app can't even show the digital card anyway. And the support page just takes me to a page prompting me to download the app, yes, the app that i am currently viewing the page in. It is also really slow and is basically just a web browser.

This app is currently not working for at least four days now. Mecenat has replied to other reviews saying to uninstall and reinstall version 3.7.1. Still doesn't work. I can log in to my account elsewhere, but not in the app. Really not acceptable considering that many people could end up getting fined on public transport for travelling without student ID.

Installed it because I needed the digital ID. Completely useless other than that. They might as well send a PDF document of the card. There is no English option especially when there are a lot of EU and non-EU students (who also pay a lot in fees) in Sweden and it is a simple matter of translating it. It is 2021 and we still cannot change the language on an app.

An intrusive app with a lot of spam notifications. Furthermore, this app has been developed with no language accessibility considerations for students who don't speak Swedish. Unfortunately, we have no other choice but to use it, as our university doesn't issue a physical student card!

A Google user

The worst app ever. I always find myself randomly logged out, and with no possibility of logging in again. It always shows the same message that I'm not studying anymore (within the same year), and every time I have to rewrite the same things and study credits. The best part? You can't even upload the certificate as a pdf file, at least not from a phone.

Almost got me a fine in public transport because of bugs and freezing. - Card not coming up when pressing the card button, needs to restart the app after force closed. -Logs me out of app and when I'm logging in again it says wrong password when it's not so I need to close the app down again and restart and then I'm mysteriously logged in again. I'm using a Pixel 6a with latest updates.

It is useful in travel discounts but, discounts on clothes and other accessories is waste. Not worth it, completely disappointed. Even this app is completely in Swedish, very hard for international students. The customer service is very poor, they don't respond properly.
