I use this app as my standard way to book showing appts. There are many great features like automatic vendor notification and reports which decreases my work load. However, there is room for improvement like controlling your inbox. At times messages archive themselves simply because they responded but the showing hasn't happened yet. That is frustrating.
A Google user
The app tends to be outdated. The calendar synchronization, which I guess is still in beta, is very slow to update. It can take more than 24 hours, and if you have a showing cancel or made less than 24 hours ahead, it likely won't be reflected in your calendar. Notifications can be erratic. In the plus side, it's great to be able to confirm the requesting agents' identity and contact info.

It certainly has many merits, but being unable to archive messages leaves me needing other options to track sales. The message to text format has resulted in confusion a number of times with respect to info vs. showing requests. Bottom line, I appreciate alerts through TB but have to confirm with text messages.

The app is a poor patch to a longstanding Touchbase problem - their messages aren't sent in a timely fashion to my text file. I get the emails about 2 hours ahead of the text finally arriving. If their product actually worked as intended, they wouldn't need an app. The Touchbase service suffers too much down-time in my view. And it simply fails to perform as intended in some cases. Case in point, I received a confirmation of showing request for a date that wasn't what I thought I'd asked for. In checking to see where the mistake arose I went into Touchbase, 'Sent' file and there is no record of me ever having sent a showing request at all. Despite receiving a confirmation, (albeit for the wrong day,) there is no record of the request. Why not?

I have a Samsung Note 10+ phone. I have tried uploading this repeatedly and I keep getting a blank screen that says an error has occurred once I open it up after install. I am a realtor and have used Touchbase for several years on my Samsung Note 5 without any issue so I don't know why it's not working on a far better phone. I need this tool and I'm very unhappy that it does not work at all. I've tried uninstall link it comet reboot ing my phone, re installing it and nothing works.

I use this app for my Real Estate business. It's a great way to contact realtors about their listings and share information. Works well for booking showings. It is a mostly user friendly. The only issue I have every had is that it's easy to just say reply to the message but it doesn't work that way. You must respond in the correct spot. It does notify you that you made a mistake. So practise makes perfect. I recommend this app.

Touchbase apps is great for keeping your touchbases with other realtors, quick and effective and works perfect with our Matrix System. Could not keep up with the touchbases to and from other realtors with out it. makes my job easier. Has a few quirks but nothing to make it unusable. In general I give it a 4/5

Gets the job done but is pretty unreliable. Lots of messages don't get through, it can freeze often, and notifications are hit or miss. I have to rely on the email alerts more than the push notifications.
