Very well presented, neat, professional and certainly up-to-date coverage. Currently pay for the premium version, however I wish I could stream this to the TV; would you consider creating a LG TV app? Is the premium version still available? Unable to pay despite trying loads of payment methods

I wish I hadn't updated my app. This version is slow to start up with the "Powered by" advert, at a time like this we need news fast and this lack of responsiveness is a real nuisance. This even happens when clicking on a push notification from the app. In addition, the push notifications are not immediately available in the newsfeed- inexplicable. Videos seems to start up randomly. I actually thought I had a virus when a broadcast started up suddenly. These things need to be fixed quickly.

I don't use the app often enough to merit paying for it. I tried to cancel, but the only option I was given was to "delay payment." I could delay for 1,2, or 3 months and can only delay 3 times a year. I just want out of it, but emails have not been answered on what to do. My experience using the app was good, I'd give it a 4 or 5 rating, but trying to cancel it has been difficult. As others have said on here, customer service is non-existent.

*** Update 16.10.2018: Still no Chromecast support? After months of replies from developer, claiming Chromecast support is coming, there is still no Chromecast support Why can't you implement native Chromecast abilities? Why would you mislead and claim it's coming when it never did? I would gladly pay a fee to be able to stream your content onto my television. I will not pay a premium to view your content on a phone screen or laptop.

The worst (non)service I've ever come across. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We've been paying for their live service for years and then it stopped working. We tried logging out and in but it didn't recognize our email address. We tried signing up again with a new address and it still does not work. We tried contacting them by email but they don't answer. Simply put, stay away from this app and their horrible service.

My 2nd or 3rd trial. Unavoidable ads were more than I could tolerate. Better now & helpful keeping abreast of events here in Israel. Wish I could turn on & off an unobtrusive notification user selected short sound and the flashing light indicator. There are times when I'd like a silent notification. News alerts sometimes just get dropped when clicking them.

The Phone apps stooped working and now the Tablet App works but for some reason, the tablet screen will not go horizontal - full screen (They do give complicated instructions about dragging the top and pushing the back button). Every App I have works find, SKY, Fox, DW, France 24 etc. The one thing that works great is the billing. I get to pay monthly - works perfectly. UGH

Very hard to use, the application shut down by itself after 1 min of use and this happens every time. There are buttons that are not responding instantly... I almost don't use it for all those reasons. Very not professional application on the technical side Everything is very slow, not talking also about all the pop-ups. For to do short, DO It All Over Again!!!
