Won't connect to their own led strip. No menu to try to manually connect. It says it auto connects but no matter what I try nothing picks them up. I tried different power sources and wall plugs, nothing worked. They work from the remote but the rgb tuning is messed up and only displays mostly blue and green and the app would help solve the issue IF IT WORKED. I really wanted pink like in the image of the product that I bought that supplied these lights with it. the UI looks a decade old..

Bought something from temu that uses this app. To many different styles to play and im still unsatisfied. Cant create your own style? Very lame. My govee lights for my monitor can do this. Anyway the style i want is this orange pulsating scene. But its only available in auto play and you have to wait hours to see it. But when you go to find it in all the different styles. Its not there. I guess orange isnt popular. :(

The lack of customization really hurts this app. Furthermore, I have read that the app used to be so much better, but now it is mostly useless. Finally, they have disabled the feedback button in the app, which indicates that they don't care about feedback and have no interest in improvement. I like the lights, but the app just drags them down so hard. What a shame.

You get what you pay for. And imo, these are great for the price you pay for the length and technology you get. Customer service is great. Accidentally tugged the cable too hard when it was attached to my tv when I swiveled it and was sent a brand new led strip. Issues; they require access to your phone media, mic and files which is obviously a backdoor to gain your data. Second is more of a suggestion. They could easily have a fire mode which flickers. Would make the Mancave look biblical.

There's lots of built in options but it feels like there's more copies than anything. I'd love an option to use the warm colour I've selected myself in one the patterns but no option to do that. So really I just turn it on and adjust the brightness.. All the other colour pattern options are to much for the living room App tends to lag for turning the light on and off. Need to flick the switch multiple time and then it crashes

I'm honestly pretty pissed because of two lies. My light bars claim there's 300+ styles of modes. There's exactly 213. Not quite 300, and certainly not 300+. Second, the bigger lie. It advertised being able to set bicolor, tricolor, and fourcolor static lights. You cannot. You only get one color statics. If you want multiple colors, it has to be from one of the 212+ animated modes, and you can't customize the colors in any of them either. Edit: They got rid of the secret pre-sets. Jesus CHRIST.

They should have it where you can favorite your favorite styles so you don't have to scroll back through every single one of them to get to the next one.. Also if you have multiple lights they should have it where you can control them separately and not all together without having to turn off or disconnect one through the app.. The styles are cool very nice and a lot of styles but functionality-wise not good

No customizable sequences and every time I want to connect to my RGB emblem I need to uninstall the app before starting car. Never has reconnected after initial pairing no matter what I have tried, it won't search and find my emblem unless uninstalled and asks for permission again. If you can live with that and not being able to customize your color chasing sequences it's alright I guess.
