Whoever updated the Steers app clearly didn't do a good job. It has a huge bug where it only gives the information that the order is being prepared and then an hour or so later it tells you it's arrived. Can't even track the order. Same problem with the Debonairs app!😡😡😡

Very reliable app. I ordered online 3 hours ago for pick-up later this afternoon, and I just decided to add something, and I could still use the same pick-up time. Usually, other store apps don't offer the same luxury. I'm really happy with Steers since I decided to stop using a certain other shop because of their support for the genocide.

We have been supporting steers for many and many years. The food is always great and always tasty. We highly recommend staithes over and over to anyone that is thinking of ordering from them.

i like the app, but sometimes still wait for up 30 minutes when arriving to collect. the staff aren't trained on quick turnaround times. the burgers are on the heated counter but front line staff don't pack quickly. the chips have also deteriorated. small bits and very dark.

Easy to use app to order great food. I can order my food via the app and either choose to collect it or have it delivered. This saves me from having to sit and wait at the shop after ordering at the counter. Now I just walk in and collect my order.

In settings I turned off marketing, but still receive marketing notifications. Terrible practice. You also do not integrate with Android notifications correctly with marketing notifications falling under the "order updates" category. Again - terrible behaviour.

Why do you have a Pay at store option on the app, but when I got there, my order was not done because apparently I haven't paid I had to wait just like the other people who bought at the store where as I used the app. What's the use of using the app if I still have to wait in line? Why would I order when I don't need the food?
