Mumba makes your work easier and life better? 🤣 I'd give this 0 stars if it was possible! This app constantly crashes or won't allow you to log in! When logged in, it is slow and painful to look at. Uninstall then reinstall every single time there is an issue! This does not make work easier and life better. Causes nothing but a headache every time I need to access work files! 🤬🤬

Terrible app. It makes me update my password multiple times a year. You have to jump through multiple hoops to get to your payslip, which is also guarded by a pin number, kind of defeating the purpose of having the password to begin with. I miss the days when I used to get payslips through email rather than using this broken bloatware.

dont understand it cant find my payslips trash of an app an its a mess stuff is everywhere not even organised properly

The App is Constantly crashing or failing to load. Access denied or will not load. I have contacted the help desk numerous times so far the best responce was that it no longer supports android 6.0.1. But now the website access is failing to work as well on other devices. Sorry guys this is making keeping up with work even more difficult.

Literally can never see my payslip. Some days, it opens with pdf, others it tells me that it cannot find an app that reads pdf, on the same phone with no changes whatsoever.

Dreadful, utter BS app. My employer uses it for disability support work data collection and I know that so much info doesn't get recorded because of how bad Mumba is. Not to mention the resentment it causes in the staff. I don't think it has ever done what it was supposed to on the first try.

I had downloaded the app previously and then it crashed so uninstalled it, now I cannot reinstall the app. I have tried multiple times to reinstall but it stays on "pending" even after an hour. Its getting a bit beyond a joke when we are told we need this for work but it won't install on my phone.

Constant fail to load or open Constant errors uninstalling and reinstall Constantly just to be able to use it hopeless useless app. I open the app regularly and its shows me a white page and wont let me go any further this can happen for day and this is a app i use for work so i need it daily and the only way around it is to uninstall and then reinstall. When ever i try to use the app (when it actually works) it freezes and i have to shut down what im doing and reopen the app.
