App not working at the begging or casa had switched off deliveries. Had to call the casa although manager said app was okay on her side. Soon after the call then only could place my delivery

App is just not good enough, when placing an order, I cannot choose the nearest outlet to me to deliver, the app only gives me one outlet to select which is further from me than the the nearest outlet. What really makes it worse the outlet the app selected for me, their service is shocking. The app also doesn't allow you to track your delivery in real time. I end up waiting on average 60 - 90 min for a delivery. App has no option when incorrect deliveries are delivered either. Poor.

can't track driver with app installed When you get the link sent via sms It loads the app and then the app says that link has expired.. At the bottom So there is no way to track driver I am using an android phone

Very limited menu options, unable to add, comment on selected items to modify it the way you prefer to have. Options not given for your preferences, but given in a way that you don't prefer to have. Eg, quarter chicken with roll and chips - unable to say breast portion required, this is only for leg portion. I just don't like the app. Period. However, if I waste time and money calling directly, then I do get meal the way I want it.

I always find that ordering via the app is more quick and efficient. I always order and collect within 15-20 mins after ordering - I find my order hot and ready all the time. NO MATTER WHICH NANDOS I ORDER FROM! Also the app is user friendly and I love that it stuck to the brand and kept it's humor. I don't like the fact that users can no longer 'login using Facebook' I'm not sure if this is for security reasons? 🤔 This process makes things sooo much easier for most of us I think 🤷🏿♀️

This is the most annoying app. It freezes, crashes, takes forever to order and is just generally awful.

Pls build the option to select what portion you want when ordering a 1/4 chicken, leg or breast portion. I find I have to call the store to specify otherwise I get the breast portion which I really don't enjoy 😋. Also, if you are using a voucher to order, you can only input one voucher number per order. Can this be increased should a customer have more than 1 voucher to redeem in app. Other than that the app is very efficient and easy to use.
