Working bad since last (ver. 4.4.0) update. Errors: login has expired, when I trying to open battery and inverter settings (app refreshes and goes to login screen)- I can't see battery details also - Inverter details (AC/DC voltages, amp, phases and other important info); bad data refresh - period is too long. Please upload previous version, because this version has serious complications.

Hi, I have a request for an improvement, please add smart meter chint dtsu666 ct version in the list, and then multiply the Readings from DTSU with CT ratio...it will make CT version compatible with the inverter. You will need to give us an input box to put our CT ratio and just multiply that with the data you get from modbus registers of DTSU666. Also if I sharey plant then sharer can delete meter, please remove those permissions.

The app is not letting me login again on my cellphone. I just logged out to connect my Business user but after that I wasn't able to loging again from my end user. It says the request timed out and the network is not available, but my network is working fine and I have tried with different ISPs as well

Hey, I'm having trouble logging into the app. I can log in just fine on the web page, but when I try to use the app, it keeps giving me an error. I'm using the same credentials for both, so I don't know what the problem is.

Its difficult to operate, does not show information like energy consumed/ load, grid feeding etc. a comprehensive app page should be developed to see most important information at a glance.

Garbage. It does not show how much electricity is being generated, how much is being consumed by us, and how much is going to the grid. When we cannot see such important information what's the value of using this app?

I see daily production, grid feed in & whilst system is active (shuts down after dark) I can monitor my draw down from the grid. I am comparing the daily data in the app against my energy companies consumption & grid feed in details and most of the time the numbers match but not always (minor differences). An alert for system error via phone notification would be useful. The installer did not install the plant correctly in the app but they then worked with the cust serv to rectify. Very happy.

AiSWEI version was more friendly for uses i believe, because it make a better use of space and data and parameters setting were accumulated in a single screen view. In this Version more scrolling is required to reach the desired setting and dat which is not good. Please make some updates to remove these bad impressions.
