Complete disappointment! Never seen a sh** like this ever! Doesn't save PNR, not even you are logged in as an account. Saved passenger doesn't mean anything to it, even when you check in, you can't retrieve it. Check in is a whole new sh **, tried check in for for passengers for three hours, and doesn't goes through @ the end, imagine putting all passengera DOB, PASS data, expire dates, all again and over - doesn't help Tried calling the customer service - they found some robotic sh"* personnel!

To activate the trip you receive a 6 character string whilst the app only accepts 4. What a bs. Checkin online also doesn't work with Ajet.

First of all can not find the flight based on pnr, and also there is no customer support and the worst part is they are Irresponsible! They changed the flight ( that has been booked 2 months in advance) multiple times 1 week prior to the flight time, and yet they say you had the time to cancel it and book another one if you dont agree!

"Cannot connect to the server" error message is displayed all the time, unable to proceed to necessary actions on the app. Also crashes and you need to request a new activation code for your ticket amendments every time. Awful experience.

Worst experience ever from an airline and an app! English wording is even done by an elementary English speaker! Seriously, they have ruined everything after this ridiculous change from Anadolujet to Ajet whatever the purpose is!!

How could someone design an airline app that cannot save the boarding pass into either the Ajet app or Google/Apple Wallet? If your phone goes offline during boarding, you won't be able to access your boarding pass. Both the app and their webpage are poorly executed. It is a fundamental feature for an app to retrieve the boarding pass regardless of internet connectivity. Ridiculusness

Because of its random flight cancellations, Ajet has caused great losses to its customers. I hope they will be more considerate of travellers' commitments before making the decision to cancel any flight.
