I bought this card at a very high price. However, I didn't benefit from it as I could not log in to my account due to an error in my account details made by the staff who created my account. And it took more than a month for a response/action. Then now, when I accessed the app, I got 0 points even after using it multiple times. This card is a joke. Don't buy this.

Very bad experience. Card amounted to 2500 which is not worth it at all. It's useless to purchase this card. Don't buy this card. Customer service doesn't help at all. Guidelines should be provided especially to customers who were not able to use the perks of this card within the year. Management should amend your rules to provide a better service for your customers needs most especially those who availed this very expensive card but were only able to use it less than 3x in a year.

Tried logging it but it keeps saying birthday doesn't match for verification. Called them to do something about it, their 'IT dept' said it's okay. Tried again. Still doesn't work. Useless.

I'm unable to purchase a BFF card within the app. It consistently displays a 'no connection found' error message, even when I'm connected to the internet.

I keep encountering an error 0068 "email is required". It's so annoying. Can't even sign in or make a new account though I input the correct details

Almost as bad as the earlier version - where i lost some 4 months of membership because the App shut down. I tried the use the 1000 PHP welcome voucher but was told my 1500 PHP bill amount did not meet the minimum threshold ! Awesome food but the below par service at Watami Eastwood was a let down
