Buggy, slow, and poorly designed... needs a lot of help, it's pointless to try to help make it better... I've tried. Tech support is essentially oblivious. Although all persons have been kind and professional just not effective. I have been on many assignments with AMN and something as basic as maintaining a coherent timeline for work history is impossible. It can't be edited or corrected. I hope AMN can get their act together. To be fair there are other agency apps that are worse...

Despite typing in my password correctly it will constantly say incorrect combination, it seems at random when it will take my login information. Once you're finally able to get in there is so much lag on the app it's barely usable. Whether or not your saved searches will load is a toss-up. GUI is fine but the lag and processing issues of the app make it useless.

not the best app. it won't pull up some of my contracts, or paystubs. It also freezes and locks me out occasionally. It's also hard to find some of the information you're looking for.

03/2025 The app got better but still buggy at times. I feel like clear instructions into accepted format to submit documents through the app would be nice. The navigation is still not intuitive so not very user friendly specifically when searching for resources. 11/2023 Could be better. It's not user friendly and some things straight up don't work through the app such as submitting reimbursement; I had to log in on the website.

Keeps closing will not allow you to finish a task. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled and still keeps closing abruptly. After months of not using it tried logging in and now I get a message saying it has a bug and it won't open at all

On the AMN app , I can go in to see jobs available in my skill and where they are. I also like the fact that I can go in the accurate app to see my pay past or future. that is important. I like a lot of other functions but those are the ones that I like most.

Many options don't work. I have had trouble with time entry, and uploading documents. I still can't see my pay stubs because I don't have an iPhone. This should be the same for Android or iphones.

The app. is very weak and very bad. i can't even open the available shifts. this is a disaster.
