The worst ever app you'd ever think of downloading. Nothing like, support available....... When you make a purchase for power and it doesn't reflect within 30mins, it means your money is gone. Messages received on the interface don't show in full, making it impossible to even use the token numbers to recharge in case of pending recharge. If you haven't downloaded it, don't bother, it'll just be a waist of your data and money in the long run.

I thought previous raters were exaggerating, but the app is really terrible. I can't even sign up! Verification code never sent! Nothing has changed! Even after the developer tried to help. Now when i creating an account, the feedback is that "account already exists for this number, please try another number". I have not registered any of my numbers!. Then i see "update", but that button is inactive.

It worked well initially, but keeps failing these days especially when I want to make a payment....my payment attempts kept failing since yesterday. Also, payments are not clearly shown or differentiated on the remaining bill that's listed by month so it's difficult to identify the specific bill for each month, payments made in each specific occasion, debit or credit brought forward, etc. Notwithstanding, customer care service is completely absent and there's no feedback input for complaints.

I just downloaded this app common otp you can't send the right one they will send me something and when you put in the numbers you can press on submit for 5 years but it won't submit they said the otp is six numbers why send me 8 I'm really disappointed from what people are saying I think I don't have to bother signing up anymore I will just delete the app

I have always loved the convenience of ysinf this app. However, for some days mow, I'm not able to access the app. It keeps saying update. But but yet,when I click on it n it takes me to the play store, there's nothing to click for the update, so I'm scared that when my light finishes I will stay in darkness forever. Pls fix the app for me to buy power .thank u .

This app is terrible. When I thought I've found a life saver after downloading the app, you keep telling me the version is old and needs an update and when I proceed to update, you give me an error code claiming I should connect to an internet source. Can I even open the app without data? Most importantly, when your meter is not credited within 30 mins consider your money lost unless you can do self reversal and hope for your service providers to refund you(25th June) got credited this morn.

This app has given more headaches than anything since downloading. I've have bought over 400.00 worth of prepaid credit, and up till now I've not been credited. I call and it's the same 2-7 days excuse. What's the problem please? I'm in a very remote area. The only option I have is to buy online. Please do something or just delete the app from the playstore! I'm just fed up. When you call the office given, no one ever answers!

Stupid app all they do is to steal people money and never credit it. And the is no way u can retrieve that, this is pure robbery. If you're not up to the task why do you build the app at the first place, you are playing with people money. No token number if your transaction is uncredited, and no way you can get your money back, is gone.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
