The new layout is nice, but it's no longer adding appointments to my phone calendar like it used to before the update. I have that permission enabled, and when I choose "add to calendar" it says it added it but it's not there. Please fix this! I get the texts, but the calendar reminder is helpful, too!

I do love this app bc I am able to search for services and discover awesome small buisnesses that use this app that might've been hard to find using a search engine or social media. However, for the past month I have not been able to look at schedules at all. I tap the business I want to schedule from and it is just blank. I can rebook but they change the classes often so a lot of them aren't available. I can't even look at the schedule. Ive restarted phone & uninstalled>reinstalled app twice.

so frustrating!!! good luck staying signed in! for an apo that is just for scheduling appointments i have to login EVERYTIME. Bonus, if i type in gym in my area, my gym doesnt show up. i have to go to my previous appointments to boom again. if there was any other way to boom my gym appointments i totally would. this app is terrible for being user friendly. good concept, but clearly the creators haven't used their own app.

I've been repeatedly trying to make an account, but it either tells me my password doesn't meet the requirements (which I've diligently made sure it does) or that my phone number is invalid, but it's my actual cell number. I've used this app at previous jobs and I didn't have a problem before. Just seem to be having trouble making an account.

It gets the job done but have some unbearable bugs. I've enabled location permission and it always locates me at San Francisco while I'm in Canada. It fails to load data sometimes and nothing shows up in the favorites or my appointments page, not even an error message. This is simply not acceptable.

This app is terrible. Screen auto populates to San Francisco and unable to change city to where I live to request service. Therefore, unable to schedule an appt. I showed my stylist today and she had no idea why, or how to correct. It needs fixed since the business requires that I schedule only thru this app. Or, I have to find a hairstylist and business who does not use this app.

So far having difficulty signing in. I created my account in Chrome on desktop using a strong random password. Then I go to sign in here, long press to bring up Autofill, find the account, select, swipe my pattern to confirm Autofill, and the app shuts down and drops to the main launcher. Pixel 1 XL, Android 10. Will just have to enter password manually.

2 things need to be updated: 1) allow me to select multiple sessions to avoid starting over each time; and 2) birthdate should be month/day only OR allow me to manually enter the full date. Clicking the left arrow over 500 times to get to my birth year is crazy! Outside of those inconveniences, the app is fairly easy.
