The AppCard app never works correctly. When you make purchases points aren't credited, when you reach status levels it doesn't update to the next level. There are three levels but no extra benefit to the next level. When you call customer service no one ever answers and when you leave a message you never receive a call back. I'm disappointed that a restaurant I frequent often still uses them. AppCard is maintained terribly and frustrating to use.

Summertyme Deavr (Summertyme)

This app takes too much time to view available coupons, clip them and then find the coupons you clipped. There is no option to clip all coupons which would save so much time. And no categories, or organized clipped coupons to find and utilize. I actually have avoided going to my store because I didn't want to deal with it. It is a major issue and promotes a stressful shopping experience. I will only shop at Yoder's if it is the last resort, or if I need a specific item only they carry. Pls fix!

**Beware** This app allows another person to utilize your phone number at another location and change your information within the appcard. I received a notification that receipts was added from a visit and I hadn't been to the store location. This person apparently had my phone number at one point in time before it was assigned to me and now that person is using it at the other location and changed the email on the account. I don't think this appcard is very secure and it will allow someone else access to your savings. What can be done to change this and keep it from happening again or to someone else.

This is app is very basic. No organization to the coupons, just an endless, random scroll. Nothing set up by department or aisles. Very haphazard. Initially it didn't show all my clipped coupons so I didn't know what I had clipped. Can't see your store card info so the barcode can't be scanned from the app. No weekly circulars for the stores. It doesn't link to any store sites, just lists hours, phone # and link to location on a map. At least you can see your purchase history under receipts.

the app will not let you change errors in your account info. I have not been able to collect rewards, etc. I deleted and then re-installed the app. Only to find out, it would not let me change anything from the original account.

Won't Redirect to my local store . . . Everything else in app works great, but when I tap on my local store to see the weekly ad nothing happens. A box pops up saying it will redirect me to it but never does. Fix this link and we'll get 5 stars.

i find this app truly annoying. I'm not sure why it bothers to send a verification code when the field to enter the code in gets shoved behind the profile screen never to return. I've logged out and retried numerous times only to have the same dubious action take place. This seems like a stupid way to keep track of receipts. Also I am not able to change my store. The dumb app that knows me better than I do keeps showing the Costa Mesa store as my favorite which is about 7-8 miles further away.

Points have NOT been getting added to my account. The store has requested a fix many times. But they are getting ignored by the company. I have almost a month of Points that have not been added, and for a person that spends 50-100 dollars a week. I value and appreciate those Points. Very disappointing!! Do better!!
