I have been a DirtVision subscriber for a few years and always enjoyed watching through my smart TV web browser (with some issues but palatable). Since the new update, I can no longer watch or cast it to my TV. I have since unsubscribed. I love the service, but it is no use if I can't use it. I will still give 3 stars because customer service has been great, working with me to try and resolve the issue.

They took a good thing and destroyed it. New app is awful on just about every platform. They rushed it out with a bunch of problems, in the middle of race season, and then zero support from customer service. Not worth the money any more, especially when the competition does it better for half the cost. Won't be renewing if this is a reflection of what to expect moving forward.

I enjoy watching live Sprint car racing through this app. Works well. Would rate it 5 stars except for the fact that someone controls the content you may see during a race. When there is an accident on track, someone decides that you can't see the result until they decide. When I pay to watch these races, it should be my choice what I choose to see, not someone else's. Their response is that if you want that choice, 'go in person.' I pay a lot of money for this app, don't censor!!

Like everyone else, Chromecast does not work. DirtVision connects to the TV, attempts to play a stream, and then the stream attempts to load on my phone. App is also sluggish in some spots. More features like the Vault and Exclusives should be in the side menu for easier access. If these issues are fixed, the experience within the app would be perfect.

I love being able to watch all the WoO races as well as some other weekly racing (like Knoxville) but I just wish Dirtvision could train their camera operators to zoom out a little during the races. We need to see more than one car in the camera shot. There is really no reason to ever focus on just one car.

Love the app, but wish it had a way to cast/ stream live events to my smart tv from my phone. Update, still loving the app. Still hoping for a way to cast from my phone to my smart tv, but I understand it on the way. Not happy about the Knoxville Nationals not being included in the monthly subscription. It makes no sense, the monthly subscriber pays more over the course of the year than having the yearly subscription. Why are they punished for actually paying more? 🧐🤨

Very high price for less offerings than competitors which I stomached a while, but the change to a less secure, passwordless login system, was the kicker. Support could not answer questions relating to how our data is stored, if encrypted, what about XYZ scenario etc - could not or did not know & made no effort to find out. IT is either non-existent or woefully undertrained for what they're doing.

Wish it was easier to get to watch racing. Live events first, good job. Next I would want to see recent events, in case I missed the live version I would know not to keep looking. As it is, it's not even labeled recent events but fast pass exclusive plus its down at the bottom of the list Then when I click to watch a race the default should be to watch racing not how to get support. Would be nice to get some resolution setting. I get that it works for most but having default auto with 480-1080🥰
