Every time I try to create an account, I am told at the very end of the process that it has failed due to bad capture conditions, despite repeated trials in the best conditions possible,and with multiple phones. Support is non-existent. I have tried emailing them twice, the first mail over two months ago, and have had ZERO response. They don't have phone support either. What a joke.

Many bugs in the registration process. Very slow too. Keeps failing with random, generic errors and no details about what went wrong. I had to retry the registration process a dozen times as each step failed at least once. It was an ordeal! Scanning my ID card never worked (the screen to scan the back side is broken, the "start" button stays grayed out), I had to use my passport (no back side to scan).

It took me numerous attempts to scan my ID document. Error messages included: - Bad internet connection (I have stable Wifi and a 2Gbps connection). Needed to switch off Wifi. - Bad document quality; I switched from ID card to passport. - Technical error; no resolution but trying again. Scanning my face finally worked after I put my phone on a stand. Never received an answer from the help desk. I could finally register, but I am not impressed.

Just terrible. Couldn't get my (Dutch) passport page picture to be uploaded. No clear indication how to hold it - find out the hard way. It does not allow one to align and click 'ok' but decides for itself when the image seems good enough. Once in 10+ attempts I got close and it complained about some MRZ line not being sufficiently readable - it was. Did not offer to read NFC chip in passport either. Trick seems to be to hold camera in anticipated focus position, but even then... no joy. Stuck.

An embarrassment. Can't even send SMS confirmation codes. I must've tried every phone number I have access to and none of them work for this horrible app.

Registration process is tedious, particularly as the NFC reading was very unreliable. I have 3 passports and 1 biometric ID. Never have I had so many issues trying to read the NFC chip. I tried to create this account for my French tax account so when I tried to access it, I seemed to have forgotten my code and it doesn't matter whether you enter the wrong code or click "forgot my code", instead of a recovery (i.e. email or SMS verification) the account is being deleted! Not doing that again!

Theoritically nice. But has a lot of difficulty to face scan. The support is simply ignoring the problem. I tried to register at least 20 times with no success. I contacted the support 4 times. And they simply did not reply. Not that they could not help. But did not reply. So this is the easyJet of Numerical ID. Message au support : ne me dites pas de vous contacter par le formulaire de contact. Je l'ai déjà fais et vous ne répondez pas
