They like to scam their customers. You can use code. Goboneless for a free 10-piece. But when you try to check out the app instead pushes their 20% off coupon claiming it's better and won't let you use the original code you try. In other words, they're advertised codes are a scam so that you accidentally spend more money thinking it's a better deal.

I've gotten cold food twice in a row because the app doesn't update delivery times. I request for my food to be delivered at 06:30 p.m. each time. Boty orders have been delivered ASAP because of the app issue. Customer service hasnt responded about the complaint. On top of that, you can not edit an order after it's placed in an attempt to change anything.

I'd give this app zero stars if I could. I have never been able to place a successful order through the app. It doesn't even let me get to the checkout before it errors out. I've even tried ordering through multiple web browsers, I can at least get to checkout there, but then it gives me an "uh-oh" message when I try to complete the order. What's the point of having online exclusive sauces and coupons if I can't even redeem them.

Regarding app: easy enough to navigate, but there is no option for notes like food allergies or sauce on side or extra wet. Food is all right, onion rings are great, but boneless wings are over-rated. They are often dry, overcooked, or all breading, the pieces are ridiculously small for the price, and kitchen is stingy with the sauce.

Worst food app I have ever had the displeasure of using. I am ordering from a store location one town away, and it absolutely refuses to let me order from that restaurant no matter how many times I choose to keep that location as my order destination. So I try to turn off my location so it will just let me order. It refuses to function without my location. It also keeps changing my pick up time on its own. I am switching to Wing Stop. Goodbye.

this really is the worst food app. so buggy and keeps logging out of your account. which is dumb that you have to login again every single time. every other app already has everything saved and logged in. I gotta log in and re choose the location. Accidentally back out the app and you gotta login again and re order the whole order again. useless app really. makes it hard to order stuff

This app has a habit of not saying that the restaurant is closed. And not putting the order into the restaurants system when you get it delivered (I haven't picked it up through the app yet.). It's not something I would go out of my way to recommend unless you want to gather points. Otherwise go with the delivery apps, they are a lot more efficient and offer more support.

The app is useless because it returns an error when I try to pay, which is literally the LAST step in the process. So I go through all the choosing of food, selecting delivery info and then I can't complete my order? Tried 2 different payment options. Twice. Works fine on the website but the website offers fewer options and promos. Fix your app so I can order or I'll just go elsewhere. Android user btw. App fully up to date. Total fail.
