Recent update made it terrible. The app used to be pretty decent. I could easily sync up with the camera and quickly grab a clip from the camera. Now the app has been completely redesigned and has random Chinese letters mixed in with English at random spots. The interface is completely different and is nothing like it was. It's like the app is made by completely different developers who are inexperienced. This alone is enough for me to not buy another Ddpai dashcam unless this is improved.

The last update which updated the firmware let me connect one time to my camera and then no longer connects. I have rebooted and uninstalled and reinstalled and no connection. Worked great before that. I am using a galaxy S7 and was impressed to begin with. I really would like a direct link to get the APK itself without having to pull from here. May I have a link to direct download or could you email me the file?

This app never connects or works, is completely useless for watching camera in operation as you drive or for watching saved videos. You need a computer and adapter for your micro SD card to see anything. Very disappointing it's only gotten worse the many years I've had to use it Gonna buy a different dash cam so can just to get away from this app. 0 stars.

This camera works by showing itself as a Wi-Fi router, so you'll need to turn off Smart Switching on your phone (under your phone's Network or Wi-Fi settings). Your phone will try (and fail) to connect to the internet when it connects to the camera so make sure that you go into your phone's Settings and tell your phone that you acknowledge that there is no internet at this router, so it doesn't automatically disconnect from the camera due to a lack of internet.

Just got it and set it up, but does anyone know how to change the units for the over lay info? It says MPH in the small white watermarked info in the bot left but the nice graphical overlay is KPM and Meters.??? Also, how can you adjust the sensitivity for what it considers an emergency? The lights start flashing for no reason sometimes. I'm in a jeep, it can be bumpy but this thing thinks I'm crashing all the time! Must be a way to adjust it or choose what type of situation you want it to rec

The app updated and removed the DDPai mini app then downloaded the DDPai2 app and stopped connecting with the camera. It doesn't matter if you download the mini or mini2, you will get the mini2 which doesn't work with the mini I have and there seems to be no correction for it. I am replacing this system soon, ver unhappy with this product, I will not purchase this product or related items again.

Have had trouble since I install this 2 months ago, now I can't even log on because it says email format is not correct. My email hasn't changed in 15 years. Can never Pair the camera to the app. Over all it has been a terrible experience when the camera did work it was great picture quality was good no complaints there. But the app is trash and When you post a bad review You are inundated with emails and it never lets up. Wish I could find a good app to work with this camera.

I bought a dual channel system. Installed the dash and rear cams. Downloaded the app connected to the dash camera just fine. App won't connect to the rear cam. I try to connect and the app says rear camera not supported... They advertise a dual channel system and their app won't support the system. Look up their tech support number... I hope you speak Mandarin cause it is a number somewhere in China. No US tech support number. Don't waste your money on this system.
