Recently the app is completely unusable for me. Scanning a single item into an order will freeze the app, eventually it crashes. Upon reloading the order isn't visible but still exists in the system, trying to recreate the PO prompts "an order with this PO number already exists". Eventually the order will become visible, but scanning anything freezes and crashes the app again.

No longer have option to switch acct number after starting order if you selected wrong account originally. When manually entering item number it would bring up number keyboard for easier entering. Not scanning certain barcodes. But I do like that the picture is shown now and alternatives options. Thanks for addressing some of my issues and responding.

App is handy for making orders at work. Wish you were able to zoom in on item pics within the app bc theyre hard to see. Since the last update, the app continually crashes most of the time when opening the camera to scan. Tried to use the "report a problem" feature, but all it does is try to "diagnose" the problem itself, then gives an error after a few seconds. Tried this multiple times. Need a new update really bad

Constantly freezing up when this happens while trying to upload to the desktop it often sends duplicate or more of the same orders. It does not like to save the quantity you type In unless you press the up button many times, which is inconvenient and time consuming when you have a quantity of 24 or more. Often signs you our in middle of an order.

It does not work correctly with cell phones and tablets with 4 gigabytes of ram. The application begins to double the quantities or doubles the order transmitted. If you can do tests with large orders and a cell phone with 4 gigabytes of RAM, you will know what I'm talking about. Please make a version that works correctly.

It won't scan most of the items so I end up putting it in by hand which is very inefficient. I have a new Android. It's not my phone. You guys need to clean the app up big time. Businesses can not get their inventory done efficiently with the app the way it is now. From the other reviews on here this is definitely an issue 😑

This is an absolute dumpster fire of an app. The old app with the red logo worked substantially better. That app scanned 80+% of my items in inventory. The new app scans about 30% of items successfully. This app is an absolute waste of storage on my phone. Giving it a 1 star rating is too generous.

Edit***Now that it is scanning things it make my life a lot easier. Pre-edit*** Dosen't scan anything. Evey item I scan says unknown item. It does this no matter how I try to find it (CIN, NDC, UPC, or scanning).
