If I could rate it lower I would. The app forces you to login eventually, and you can get locked out of your account even if you reset your password. Useless/frustrating. On top of that the reward offers almost never work. You can see offers, you can press redeem, yet they do not get applied to your order the majority of the time; claiming some error. And your reward points? Forget about those, they magically disappear all the time before you redeem them. Worst fast-food app in history.

Logs me out everytime, and doesn't let me log back in ever again. even after updating passwords. They make you jump through SO MANY fricken hoops. -And still wont let you log back in. They make it nearly impossible. (Also will say already a email/ phone number with this account, when logging into same one that were just logged into...😑) Just Absolutely Ridiculous. Deletes points too because it removes purchase history everytime... App has been like this for years. Also crashes.

App is terrible and not usable. I sat in front of Carls Jr. for 10 minutes trying to order through the app with very little luck. I finally got frustrated and just drove up to the drive-through and ordered that way. Of course, out of my frustration, I forgot to order something. Fix the App Carl! Quit living in the past decade.

App wipes out my points with each log in. App keeps logging me out, even though the "Remembet Me" box is checked. Notifications come through just fine, but I click on the notifications, I find the app has logged me out, then refuses my log half a dozen times before finally going through. I recheck the "Remember Me" box, which the app removes when it logs me out. This is an ongoing issue. Frustrating going through the time consuming hassle of continual log in every time the app is opened.

I have had zero of the issues other reviewers mention. Sometimes the bag icon disappears and I have to close and reopen the app, and now I can't order breakfast past 9:30 am (daylight savings just hit, maybe the app forgot?). Otherwise, zero issues, works every time.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP!!! My account was hacked. I changed my password, and the intruders still had access to order food in a completely different state. There is no option to delete my account, and three attempts to contact Carls Jr. has gone unanswered. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP AND COMPANY!!!

Genuinely terrible. Doesn't apply coupon codes when I need it to it just says error. Pretty much useless, just use the coupons that come in the mail tbh. It's so weird cause this has to be the only fast food app I've genuinely ever had problems with/was unable to get any use out of.

Used to like the app but it has now logged me out and now I can't log back in. Have tried multiple times with clearing data and cache. Nothing. Unable to sign in from external server but there's no other option to sign in. Very disappointed that I can't sign in for my points. What happened?
