Blank white screen. This has been going on since the update on the app. It sucks not to see all of your information on a policy that is paid for monthly without any issue. I have an S21 Samsung . Not happy at all with your App. Ok, it's 12/19/24 and after installing and deleting the app. The same issue but now a black screen Samsung S21 phone no issues with my apps but yours. What is really going on?????

I've been trying to get into my account for two weeks now but everything l do all l get is a blank screen. I've tried deleting an reinstalling but it keeps doing the same thing, l want keep paying for something when l can't see where my money is going, l think it's a scam.

Downloaded the app, hit register, put all my info in and the app wouldn't let me move past that screen. Theres no error message or anything, you just hit the blue arrow and nothing happens. I deleted the app and redownloaded, but same thing happened.

The best thing I did was get rid of CarShield. I paid into it for over a year before I needed it. When I finally called to get a repair done on my Pacifica, they didn't cover it. I paid out of pocket for the repair, plus I wasted thousands of dollars giving to their company. Thanks for nothing. I now take the money I used to pay car shield and save it for my vehicle's repair. It makes more sense to invest in yourself.

It's not working. Open the app, and it's still showing a blank white screen. EDIT : Day 2 8:27 central time -10/19/24 app still doesn't work. Uninstalled multiple times, shut phone off and still blank. EDIT: Day 3 7:34 pm CT - 10/20/24 still NOT working. 11/29/2024 STILL DOESN'T WORK

I love CarShield.. I would give their customer service and speedy response a ★★★★★. However, the app itself is horrible. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, but all I get is a black screen.

Quite frankly...if I had any degree of dissatisfaction, I would not hesitate to share it. On the other hand, I am not a "Car guy" and for any and all questions I have had about the levels of coverage...the Repair Shops that accept the Carshield contracts, adding family member's cars/trucks and rates they could get, the Carshield reps were genuine in their efforts to relax me and did their best to share answers that this "non-car guy could understand. I feel appreciated.

This app is horrible. No account information. Can't open half the time. Little information on your account. Now, just a blank white screen even after Uninstalling and reinstalling. I may have to drop this company and go elsewhere
