Horrible app, makes everything hard. Sharing multiple photos to the app fails. Selecting multiple photos to upload always uses cloud instead of local and limits the number of photos. It saves the allowed photos list and limits it to 100, so you have to unselect the previous photos and then select the ones you want to upload. Horrible user experience.

The name Kodak used to mean something! Not anymore! Just received the frame, and it's going back. You can't register the item because the system never sends the code by text or email. There is no Central Time Zone to set your clock by. I bought this frame because it had a battery, but that's useless also. The battery doesn't last 5 hours fully charged. I can't believe you're charging this kind of money for a paperweight. It's going back to restock. SMH.

The app design is terrible. Verification code only good for 60 secs and too many digits to memorize so to go out of the app to your email to capture the digits to then go back into the app and start from scratch is nightmarish alone - add the fact that the initial set up with username and password (entered just one) is timed along with the verification code so to get it all done in time you're hoping you typed the pw correctly. If not, resetting it is the SAME process.

Great picture and video frame with calendar, weather, music, alarm and clock. Honestly there was a bit of difficulty in settings but after that everything will be fine. I can't tell you about the battery or how far it can go since it was a while ago I was using it.

This app is absolutely terrible. Set up process is impossible to complete. I finally just created my account on my iPad and it let me do it. Now when I go to sign in on my phone, it gives me a constant network error.

The frame won't bind to my phone or let me register through this app. Everything is updated, it's connected to Wi-Fi, and I even did a factory reset and it still won't work. When I enter the code or scan the QR, a message pops up that says "Device connection failed: Device code is wrong or invalid". I even tried registering with the Kodak Classic app(which is sketchy AF) and that didn't work either.

Needs more work updates to features... Weather app need option to select degree celcius. Calendar could use custom events entry or import from google calendar. More advanced features would be nice...! Themes or clock faces or more calendar themes.. Maybe internet radio station? Feature to include both photo + video as album display slideshow! Keep on the good job

I'm not impressed so far. There are little to no instructions, and the frame itself has some glitches. It's not very user friendly, the app also needs instructions, and sending pictures via email doesn't always work. I'm trying to decide if I should keep it or open the Aura frame the kids gave my wife. Kodak is winning only because it has internal memory, accepts external memory devices, and doesn't need to be connected to wifi to work.
