Where to start when a shift is altered it automatically denies any applicants for a shift that is if it even loads alot of times it will say no shifts available yet there are alot you just can't see them if you leave the app to go into it alot of the notifications will not show up this app needs better programmers as is it is terrible....edit you can't retract a request after you put in even if you have an emergency arise even if not approved and still pending you cannot retract it

*What happened to the option to "Deny & repost" or just "repost" the shift on a manager's account? *Where is the option to post that you're available? *I miss messages because there isn't really a visual indication of a new message when in the app. *what happened to groups & direct messages being on different tabs? Everything streamlined is absolute chaos. *I gave 5 stars before but this is not user-friendly AT ALL anymore & I truly gave it a chance.

3.0 is terrible. The interface has completely changed and is incomprehensible. The calendar is now needlessly complicated and the app is completely devoid of the cute little charms it had before in 2.0. Not only that, but I'm getting a brand new bug where it keeps redirecting me back to the login page. I'm stuck using this garbage for work. Do not get it.

The app will work great for a while, but suddenly will stop sending notifications. I checked my settings and everything indicates that I should be receiving notifications. The only way to resolve this issue (that i have found works) is to uninstall and reinstall the app. After that, it will worknfine again. This is the second time it has happened.

This doesn't work whatsoever. I just got hired at a new place of employment. They use this app. This app has only worked once, but It just leaves me on the screen page. I restarted my phone, cleared the cache, and reinstalled the app, and it doesn't work. I think you need to fix the whole app and fix some codes or something. I have never had this issue with any other company.

It's been working fine for me until now. Everytime I try to log into it, it keeps sending me out of the app and won't properly load. I even tried to uninstall it and reinstall it and it's still giving me the same issue. I use this app for work and it's mostly our way of communicating when we swap shifts or have to post a shift when calling off. Idk what kind of bug this is, but it's getting annoying cause I can't even look to see if someone posted a shift to take.

When it's working, the app is great! ❣️ I've been able to get shifts that open up and cover for colleagues. We can also trade messages and warnings for traffic, parking, etc. Unfortunately, sometimes my app is glitchy and doesn't send notifications promptly, so I miss opportunities because someone else gets there first. I have to close the app and reopen to get the latest information rather than leave it open in the background while waiting for someone to post.

It is tremendously helpful to have one flexible but closed network for communicating and schedule alterations while not on site for our shift work. It is also frustrating that some of us, especially Android users, have to reinstall to catch shifts, or even post them, sometimes. Filters, handy while functioning properly, also seem to have a mind of their own; I can't even change who may see my schedule, nor see my own pick up shift requests.
