when the app worked it was great! but currently stuck forever loading even after uninstall/reinstall, clearing cache, clearing data :(

Theres a bug which doesn’t allow me to read some people's comment section. Whenever i open those comments, the app closes on its own. I even got a notification saying that the app has a bug and to get rid of it i needed to clear cache. I did but no improvement or whatsoever. It's kinda infuriating.

What's wrong with this Android app, on Apple it works fine. Here it asks for a Korean ID that I don't have. Please fix this issue

app sounds really helpful, and I would really love to try it. However, as a naturally blond/fair hair person with green eyes my personal test diagnosis is impossible. Do you think you could include green/blue/gray eyes as choice as well as more inclusive hair colors from blond/fair/red hair? I am really happy for girls that this app has helped to find their style, just wish I was able to use it as well

I totally like this app to know your personal (seasonal) color. Although, I don't understand Korean, I easily got it with the easy interface and by translating it through my other smartphone's Google Lens. I really want to go to Korea and have a booking at their studio. But I think, both the app and their studio cannot accommodate English speaking customers. Guess, I would need to study Korean now. 😊 봄 브라이트

I think the app is quite helpful in determining personal colors. But unfortunately there is a deficiency in the "Request Product" feature where when I want to see my request regarding product season colors, the app always exits by itself. I don't know if it's a bug or something, but please fix it 😭😭😭😭

I can't really describe it without a picture, but I think there's a bug where for every colour season result I get, the bigger font tells me that I'm a spring, but actually, my top 2 results are actually winter dark (cool) and summer mute (cool). My friend also experienced the same thing

Ive downloaded the app before and it was really good but now i downloaded it again and whenever i press log in with google account it says error and I can't log in using anything else since i am not korean i have no access to naiver I don't know what is the problem
