I've been using this app for three years now and haven't had any issues with it or the service provided. I've been able to book in advance taxis for 3am airport trips with no issues. The taxis usually arrive within the ETA display and payment has been smooth either through the app or with card or cash at end of trip.

New version deleted old address book. Seems you can only add 2 addresses to the new version You cannot skip the ratings of the previous hire to book a new hire Last version was pretty bad but this one really wants to push customers to a different service. I doubt they did any user testing. This is an alpha release at best

The app it's intuitive and not so difficult to use, you can pay by card also. Issues: The cab was almost 20 min late, I ordered it the day before to make sure this wouldn't happen THE BIGGEST ISSUE: My card was charged TWICE (two days before I was charged again with no reason the same amount I have payed before) I wrote an email to the accounts assistant to get my money back because I didn't ordered anything (I uninstalled the app). Still waiting for a response, then I will change my review...

I was very pleased to find out that there was an app available. To me, that's a very big differentiator when choosing a taxi company. So I tried it and I am very happy with what I've experienced. The user journey is fairly similar to the other common app in the market.. there are a couple of things that I would still update, like the greyed out buttons as they look disabled being so grey.. but other than that I am happy. I'll have to keep using it to be able to give a more informed feedbac

App charged me twice for journey, driver didn't know way to my house and three days later waiting for customer care to speak to me. Company is usually brilliant so probably an isolated case but my experience.
