I haven't been able to use the app on my phone for several days now. As soon as I open it, it crashes and closes. I have submitted feedback each time and nothing in response. I have even sent emails straight from the feedback page and nothing in response. I have uninstalled it and re-installed it with no resolution at all. I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do??? Any sort of response will be appreciated, especially if the issue gets resolved and I can use the app once again. If this issue gets fixed, the app works great.

App updated a couple days ago and now I'm unable to get in, it just stays on the loading screen. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 7 times and nothing has changed. It's critical to have this app working properly as it had a lot of information I need to do my job properly. Shouldn't be having these kinds of issues. Please fix ASAP!!

Haven't been able to use this app for months now. It won't even let me sign into it anymore. It is very frustrating 😤. This needs to be fixed. I have tried everything to get it to work again and even I.T. doesn't know what's wrong or how to fix the problem. You guys really need to find a solution because months without this app has been very problematic.

Relatively easy to navigate. Could use a few finishing touches to clarify direction. Mid-level users can move around with ease but Novices will face challenges. There is often a notification of the system being down. When I say often...I mean daily.

A lot of messages that get sent to the truck show up as a notification, but if I open the app they're not there. And now I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it won't even open and I get msg that there is a bug. FIX THIS D**N APP!!!

I keep getting messages not to use to certain roads when I'm a 34-hour reset. I have turn off notifications because it's distracting. Just like the table with all the incoming massages. The app and the tablet are big distracting.

the CRE Toolbox is very helpful and I like all the options that I see and use however at this current moment I can't seem to complete the task that my trainer has already marked as complete. everytime I try to complete it I get an error message someone please fix this so I can go on to the next phase.

i guess they are working on the app. Its been long days. what happened driver need app or just give us another one; I gotta a new phone it should work find, right? It crashes everytime you open it and when stays open it shows my old truck's activity: I need to see my actual truck. the app needs to stay operating even if someone is driving the truck. (co-driver or trainee), besides doesnt show training features ...if it doesnt do that if became useless. driver aren't gonna use it when need it??.
