Great app. It would be even better if the transmit advertise rate could be set to even lower frequencies, like 10sec 30sec 60sec options, to save battery, as I use it for presence detection.

I tried this app using two Pixel phones (one is a XL). The Pixel XL had no problem detecting the beacon signals from the Pixel phone but the reverse did not work. I tried enabling one and many beacons on both phones and tried restarting and anything else I could think of. The really strange part is that at one moment the Pixel phone detected a singel beacon signal from the Pixel XL right after I tried to restart the Pixel phone.

The mac address is randomized! Edit: Thanks for clarifying that it is related to Android OS. Changing it to 5 starts.

Testing is out, can scan other beacon. How do we transmit message / visual pic when other Bluetooth device are within the beacon app proximity? range?
