It says "Action Required" when there is nothing that needs to be done. Strange, quirky, bad UX. When I go to the wash it tells me my vehicles are verified. Your answer is non-responsive. Dad support is worse than a bad app The response from the developer did not address the problem. Once again when I go to the car wash it says my vehicles are verified but the app says they are not. Seriously disorganized.

I signed up a couple of days ago and was told that I can cancel at any time either by coming into the location or by using the app. I was told to cancel prior to the renewal day to avoid being charged. Drove my SUV through the wash twice and it did not get cleaned. Went inside to speak to someone about canceling my subscription and I was told that there would be a fee to cancel. I was absolutely flabbergasted to find out that I have to pay a fee to cancel my subscription. Unbelievable! 🥴

In the app, you cannot find none of the company's information, nor does it give you an opportunity to cancel the subscription. Additionally, included in the lack of the companies information, there is not even a customer service phone number. Why would a company really want you to download their app and then you have to search Google for their information. Maybe, they believe you get so frustrated due to the lack of information, you will forget about wanting to cancel the subscription

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had credit card issues and I couldn't do anything to my account while waiting for a new card, however once my card was back open quick quack automatically charged the card after 2 weeks and charged me a full month even tho my subscription expired, I reached out to them and they said there was nothing they can do, so I got charged a whole month but only able to use 12 days. if my subscription is expired than how can you charge me for expired days, DO NOT TRUST THEM

**HOW TO CANCEL** Like others stated, canceling your membership in the app is a pain. But here are the steps as of September 2024: 1. Tap on the 3 lines (Options) in the top-left corner of the screen. 2. Tap on Account. 3. Tap on Settings. 4. Near the very bottom of the screen, right above the social media icons, tap on "Cancel Your Membership." 5. You should see a confirmation that "Your subscription will be canceled on..." followed by the date* your membership will end. I hope this helps!

No cancel option available, app is just copy of mobile website. The carwash was not good and damaging my vehicle. Contacted corporate to cancel and was ignored. Had to get with my bank to to further charges and refund charges after cancel requests were made. Would not ever recommend the app, company or actual car wash. 0/5 stars, borderline scam.

I love quick quick and would give it higher stars. But I recently lost my job and need to cancel my subscription, I don't understand why companies make it so easy to sign up, but you gotta jump through hoops to cancel. Just put the option on your app. it is so easy to add a car and take more of my money, but why so hard to cancel.

Your employees told me I could cancel my subscription at any time from the app or website. This does not seem to be the case. I only have options to change tiers. The employee told me today at the location that he couldn't cancel it for me. Fix your app and stop giving your employees false information to hand out. You have good carwashes, but this is rediculous and has cost me.
