Uvijek će vam biti naplaćena najbolja dostupna cijena, nakon što završite svoje putovanje. Nije važno koliko često mijenjate smjerove, pa čak ni mijenjate li vlakove, autobuse i tramvaje. Uz FAIRTIQ nema gnjavaže, nema komplikacija, samo glatko i jednostavno putovanje po poštenim cijenama!Kako radi
Neposredno prije ulaska u vozilo, poput vlaka, autobusa, tramvaja ili broda, jednostavno povucite gumb "Start" u aplikaciji FAIRTIQ. Vaše konačno odredište nije potrebno unijeti.
Ako kondukter zatraži potvrdu valjanosti karte, kliknite gumb "Prikaži kartu" i QR kod će se automatski prikazati u aplikaciji.
Nakon što stignete na odredište, povucite gumb "Stop" u FAIRTIQ-u. Optimizirani trošak vašeg putovanja tada se prikazuje u aplikaciji.
Način rada za suputnika: s ovom novom funkcijom ne samo da dobivate važeću kartu jednostavno i povoljno, već i vaši suputnici.

The ticket I pay to go to work (1 train stop) is more expensive: 2.5 euros while the regular price (no discounts) on SNCF Connect is 1.8 euros. EDIT: Thank you, I was explained by your team that for distances shorter than 8 km, the price is always 2.5 euros, altought I didn't see this in the details of the += program.

Two suggestions: 1) When the App is started/when the device is unlocked openning the app in the process,the app starts unnecessarily long vibration.For user, who disabled notifications from the app, this is quite annoying.Can you disable these vibrations? 2) Despite full functionality of the app and despite having set unrestricted battery usage for this specific app,Im constantly bombarded with permanent notifications regarding battery saver mode.Can you fix or disable this? I got a message from Fairtiq telling me that I need to re-install my payment method. However, when I try to remove my PayPal payment method from the Fairtiq app, I get an error: "Something went wrong"

excellent, and very useful if your rushing from zone to zone,by the way there 2 options work and private, oh,but if your like me completely forgot, and if you too busy to switch off, the don't charge extra, only where journey started and ended, 😁🤩

Fairtiq is very bad. First it costs 100% more than the monthly pass for 4 zones in my area. Let me explain I pay with fairtiq return trip in 4 zones, daily, 10.40chf. so its 104chf per 10 days and 312chf for 30 days. The monthly pass is only 156chf for 4 zones illimited . They have terribly bad support and blame the customer for any technical issue with their app. I got a fine because they claimed I activated 3 seconds too late (seriously) although there were clear issues with Fairtiq app.

Not at all a way to save money on tickets. Just plan the journey and buy the appropriate ticket via coins or sms. Counting the days it saved me money, I am at a net loss of at least 15 CHF in juste two months of rare USE. Sorry, hard delete.

The app works perfectly, but the pricing is really bizarre and often doesn't make any logical sense. The €10 daily maximum is also much more than a €5,60 day ticket offered by the local transport association. Yes, it's cheaper than the full-region day ticket, but I'm not using the distance that ticket is required for. I'm spending more money using this app. Today I made two identical journeys in opposite directions and the cost of one was nearly twice the cost of the other. Confusing.

Very poorly managed app. My account got blocked for the second time now, because there has been "apparent issues tracking my location". I've always had my location turned on and optimized it for good tracking (like no saving mode etc.) Besides the point of using and swiping correctly. Being accused of misuse or wrongly detected location data is not my problem. Fix your trackers. 🤡
