A nightmare to work with the FBTO website and app. You can do somethings on the website and somethings in the app. For example: On the website you have to switch between "mijnfbto" and "mijn zorg.fbto" if you want to make a declaration. Why? If you are logged in at "mijnzorg.fbto" you should be in the system and having to login again at "mijnfbto".

I have tried and failed multiple times to log into the app through Digid. Instead, I get an error message that reads, "App activation was unsuccessful. Please try again. (13)" And yes, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it still won't work 😭 It would be great to have this fixed and have the app run seamlessly.

The app is in English and it works well for now. But i find it ridiculous and absolutely short sighted to be required to have your phone AND AN INTERNET CONNECTION to access your zorgpas. What if you are abroad and don't have roaming, don't have your phone, has no battery, data plan, or have no phone signal? Let me be clear: the app doesn't let you log in without an internet connection. Awful idea from people who don't care about the user. Shame i have to wait one year to switch companies

it's a great idea, but needs improvement ... • it's not 100% clear how to send a file in your download folder - needed to open the file manually and then share it with the fbto app. would have been easier if I could have browsed the download directory and opened the file with the fbto app. • app does not accept cents, so you have to round the declaration amount. the app error message doesn't tell you that, but found out via another review

very easy to submit invoices and get it sorted.

The submission of invoices is super nasty and annoying, since the app let you only take a photo when 'light is perfect, invoice is in the center" which never seems to be the case.had to take a photo separately and upload it.

Used to work fine. Recently updated, now it only logs in with digid. That doesn't work, keep getting the same error message. Updated both this and digid, still nothing. Now this app is just a waste of space. Very unfortunate.
