This app could be amazing but way too complicated menu. Confusing menu descriptions. Doesn't show shift in order ie A B C D it shows D A C B ? Should have an option to minimise menu to what individual users want Far too complicated and if you want to book on a shift you have to go to the desktop site. So what's the point of the app?

Needs a way of adding staff to shifts rather than adding shifts to staff. Would make life a lot easier if I could just add when the shift starts and end, then add the people I want on it. With a semi large team it makes things much more difficult to sort though and see who is on what day. Needs a "shift view" as well as the "staff view"

we just started a few days using find my shift here at work we are phasing out from planday and the apple app seems to work fine on clock in/out same as the browser but the android app doesn't work properly u push/press and keep doing it in the clock button nothing happens after awhile will clock you in and out several times has a huge lag delay in performing the task Update: after some testing the issue for the lag seems to be from message settings sharing location with manager all disabled now

This is an app used by my new job which is so far brilliant but the only problem is synchronising the data. Although you can use the link to access the current shifts every time it changes you need to do a new link. A simple Google Synchronisation would be a lot better

It's buggy as hell. When you post a notification you can't see your own. Open the app from a push notification and the app crashes. The layout is difficult to read and very scroll heavy. That said, still two stars cause it's very useful.

It's only good for when you need to see when you work next. Impossible to pick up/request shifts or see by program. The desktop version is better but very different from the app. I'd say the app is not user friendly at all.

I have never had so much trouble using an app. In order to use it I had to routinely force quit due to freezing. Even simple tasks like adding a shift for a single day would take me 2-6 tries due to freezing and other issues

So handy and has become a very valued part of our work force. Easy to use, easy to understand and no more confusion about who's working what. Having an app aswel as using it on a PC. It has become part of our daily lives. Would highly recomend for any size business.
