The app used to work well you used to be able to scan and check the tickets but now every time I bring the scanner up it won't pop up it closes the app. And there's no way to report any issues from the app unless you call them because if you email it says emailing them signs you up to receive a bunch of junk mail pretty much. It used to be a good app otherwise and uninstalling the app and reinstalling it back or resetting my phone 📱🤳🏻 didn't fix the issue no wayz eitha.

Great idea to have an app. However, the current 2nd chance holiday promotion includes scratch offs and pick games, BUT pick games can't be scanned or manually entered. It's not the first or only problem with this app. Maybe if you all made more money, you could put out technology that actually works. Come on, Florida Lottery people. Fix it. Why offer a promotion when it doesn't work. Have emailed you at least 4 times. No reply & still can't enter the pick tickets. Also, start a rewards program.

It was working at the very beginning. I loved it because you could do a lot of things with it, including saving your preferred numbers, etc. Then it stopped working. From the lottery they suggested I should uninstall and reinstall. It has not worked since and I am talking around 6 months already. Opens a blank page with the logo and nothing else. I have a Pixel with the latest software. Whatever they did, this is now unusable. Such a pity. UPDATE 9/23: it gets worse with time.

Worked for a while, then blank or white home page. I'm hoping it's fixed sooner than later. Lots of negative reviews depicting exactly that. Great news, cleared data FIRST and cache after, uninstalled app, then reinstalled and its working. I'd been doing the reverse of clearing the cache first, then data after and multiple times. Its working for me now, good luck.

Ever since the last update this app is totally useless. Never opens, it just spins as if it's going to open but never does. Can not use it at all. I have uninstalled and installed many times. Nothing works. Not sure what you did, but an app that was great is now completely trash!! Update: 12/5/22- 6 months later and app still does not work. I see many 1 star reviews on here since the summer update and you would think the lottery would fix the issue, but nope. I may give up and Uninstall this app

This app is so finicky. It downloads but doesn't open everytime. I have found if you are using Wi-Fi it does not load. Lots of issues and glitches. If you install it and reinstall it, and then Uninstall it,and do the process again it might open for you. Then you get a "new version is avaliable". You cannot move past it, and it's always up to date but doesn't recognize it and you have to again Uninstall. If and when it works, makes checking tickets easy.

Used to work very well, now constantly says tickets can't be validated and to take it to a store, or you scan the barcode and nothing at all happens, try to scan again and whole app freezes....its not even functional so stop updating garbage and actually fix it. Edit: your app is still garbage. How the hell are you still not addressing the issues?! You can't be oblivious to them, every person here is saying the same thing. Your app doesn't work and you are doing nothing to fix it. Good job!

Works til it doesn't, no way to know how long that will be from user to user. No rhyme or reason I can see to it. Now its stuck on load, like ive seen others report, but eventually after 2 days of spinning its circles, it prompts to update to a version not actually available. Uninstall / fresh install produces same result. Are you kidding me? I've left this app for over a year now, and it STILL doesn't work. Absolute, unmitigated loss. Inexcusable garbage.
