App errors out whenever I tap on a ticket. Customer support was able to replicate the issue. They said the next update will fix this but I have been waiting over two months.

We have a serious bug that needs to be fixed ASAP! All ticket replies are defaulting the "From" to the first "reply email" in the list for all companies. The web app is working fine, it's affectingthe Androidand iOS apps. We have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Please advise!

Horrible Update, Replying to a ticket and forwarding is broken. As soon as you click on the body to reply or to forward, screen scrolls all the way down scrolling upwards does not work. Very disappointing. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, restarted the phone several times, nothing works.

App constantly freezes. If I haven't launched it in a few days I need to clear the data and re-authenticate. Edit: increasing my stars here, recently it seems to have been working fine! I'll give 5 if it keeps working.

The functionality is there, but this is by far the most unstable app that I have *ever* used. If I try to read a ticket, it'll probably crash. If I try to respond to a ticket, it'll probably crash. I usually need to open/close the app about 3 or 4 times for it to even launch properly (else it is just a white screen). And then when im done with the app, i'll get a notification within 5 mins telling me the app has crashed in the background.
A Google user
It looks good, but as soon as you start to use it as designed, it's terrible. Replying to a ticket? Hit Reply, type half your message and then watch as the app crashes. Just unlucky? Nope, crashes two or three time during most replies to my tickets via the app. Actually not worth wasting your time replying via the app. Can be used to view the ticket and assign attributes though if that's all you want it for.
A Google user
I use this daily and primary over logging in to the desktop. It works but is clunky and missing features. Notifications are awful. Does not sync with read notification in the desktop app. So yes, duplicate notifications on your desktop and then in the app all day long. Projects module is not in the app? Why? Makes module useless. Filtering of tickets is bare minimum. Have to scroll to the very bottom of the list to see active ticket count. Good start but needs more work.
