I have been playing the game since past few months, since the last update the grid alignment has changed and not able to play the catch the butterflies. Hence reinstalled the game and after logging in found out that the game wasn't restored properly, lost my progress of unlocked backpack and wrote to the support, didn't get a reply or a fix after 12hrs, hence uninstalling the game.

Not balanced. It can take days to complete one task. I've played tons of merge games and this is the only one I've come across that is so poorly balanced. Bubbles pop and leave nothing. There is never any space. Youll get stuck on one quest, unable to move forward for multiple days. It can take 12+ hours for one container to refresh. It's a pretty obvious money grab, frustrating for no reason. I suggest playing something else.

This game is stuck on the check the gallery. I have checked the gallery numerous times and there's nothing there and it's blocking my view of collecting things that are on my screen so fix it or I'll just uninstall it don't send me a message put your comment here with all the other app uses can see it

Requires too much time to re-charge some of the generators and doesn't even give you points after a bubble with an item disappears. Many tasks are too difficult. Plus I don't like the graphics of the game - there are much better merge games out there

Micro transactions are unclear, I unintentionally purchased a reoccurring item, and it caused my checking account to overdraw. I played this game a handful of times, and there is no way it is worth a $9.99 monthly fee.

I enjoy the game, but it becomes slow-moving very quickly. My biggest complaint is that everything costs diamonds, but diamonds are very difficult to collect. I feel like it's a pay-to-win game the further you get. The generators only give maybe 10-12 items even in the higher tiers. It's also incredibly frustrating when a competition ends they put you in a new competition where people have already collected 50 of whatever is needed for that competition instead of with people on the same level.

Maybe the game is not the best gameplay vise but I just want underscore the tech support. I reported a bug: room resource failed to load and it has been fixed two days after. Keep it up!

I enjoy playing, only one bug in it, the flower petals are off the main grid, so you can't get all of them as a result.
