Your notification for appointments in mobile is no longer working and updated. Mine the latest that showed was last 22 days where in fact there are new bookings that dont pop up in the notifications.

To cancel your subscription (even if you created an account with Google or another service) it's MANDATORY that you enter a password. If you signed up with a third party service you don't have a password since, for example you signed up with Google. Only way to cancel is call them directly, massive waste of time. Software isn't bad but needs better customer service.

It's an awesome app to use to help manage our clients campaigns, especially on mobile devices instead of logging in on website. Only problem, it freezes up a lot and won't load or open lots of times recently on my Samsung Note 9. Now it doesn't work at all. Won't open and now clients can't access either. So frustrating and wish it would get fixed ASAP!

Useful App if I could get the features to work.. 1. Your support button does work. I click on it and nothing happens. 2. I can make outgoing calls.. just hangs up every number I call. 3. Can't or Don't know how to set up push notifications for text messages 4. There's no "Settings" button Texting functionality is ok. Loads a bit slowly sometimes, but its useful.

Not the greatest crm, but good potential for customer outreach. I've been using this for about a week now and while there are definitely some pros to the app and platform there are some cons on the app side that annoy me. Worst bug of them all is the fact I can't make a phone call and then keep the phone call connected while I go over to the client card to verify their information. The fact it hung up on my client was not good at all.

Conversations do not show up in the app. There is no point in running lead gen campaigns, creating ads, paying ad spend budget, setting up the CRM, acquiring and onboarding and supprting customers if at the end of all this the customers messages towards you do not show up in the app. Yes I wrote to support, good luck with them, High Level's support is extremely slow and for the most part it is absolutely awful. I have multiple tickets open with them but they have never been able to fix anything

I've been using for 2 months and the app glitches daily or freezes. If you need the app to communicate it is not a sustainable way to connect with customers, since the app is unpredictable. When it works it half works because there is a strong likely hood there may be delays with loading, blank screens, black screens etc as mentioned in the reviews.

Everything was going well, until it stopped working altogether. For reference, I have an Android (Google Pixel 3a), and for a long time the push notifications kept pushing, but when I clicked on them only a blank, white screen popped up. Now when I click the icon to enter the app, the same thing happens: a blank, white screen. Guess what just happened to my wife who also has the app? She tried clicking into it today and a blank, white screen is all she gets (she has a Google Pixel 3). Help!!!!!!
