The Phone app is not functional due to the lag. The controls don't seem very intuitive and because of the lag, I really don't have the patience to learn how to use it. I gave it 3 stars because the computer desktop version of Hail trace is so good. I honestly Just take a screenshot from my desktop before I go out rather than using the Phone app.

Wouldn't recognize that passwords matched (exactly!) with all required characters, capitol letters and numbers. I tried over and over. No use. I created a password of at least 8 characters. Nope I tried using 2 different email addresses but still not use. I checked that I accepted the terms, no dice It wouldn't let me complete registration no matter what I did. I'll have to find a different app that will let me track hail and decibel levels within the storms

DO NOT BUY HAILTRACE!!! THEY ARE ALL TALK WITH NO FOLLOW-UP. they forced me to buy a 1 year contract. But told me that off the record if I needed to cancle because it wasn't working out, they would refund me. A few months go by and I realize I only used it for one month and then it just didn't work for me. So I called them and asked them not even for a rebate, but to put my account on hold and allow me to turn it back on when I am better able to use the app. They refused.

Not happy at this point in time!~ My Restoration company provided all field reps with access to this tool. I've been testing it for 3 hours now and I can't delete contacts, can't create campaigns, can't update anyting .. Its very annoying since I know this tool can be very useful in hail canvassing and many other thing. My company has purchased full subscriptions so I don't know why us reps cannot access updates and create campaigns.

There are many reasons I land on 1 star. It crashes regularly, doesn't show entire maps, map details are at some times terribly inaccurate, and most of all it is not user friendly. You have to tinker with it so much to attempt to get where you want to go.

Downloaded app and at first ran into issues so I sent a message requesting help. It was on Christmas day 2020, so realistically I wasn't expecting a response back till after new years, but they did in less than an hour! Their rep Brandon Williams was super helpful; first he put all my concerns at ease, then set up a one on one zoom meeting where he answered all my questions and some I didn't even know I had! He did that and got my account set up all in less than 30 minutes! Thank you!!!

This app has great potential. But oof. Multiple hail swath maps loaded at the same time which is one of the biggest features of this map so I can cross-reference storm dates commonly cause the app to crash. Frustrating to use slow to load.
