I love using Happy Fresh to do my weekly groceries shopping. The only downside for me is, shopper is not able to make any change (like change of delivery date, delivery address, etc) once the order is confirmed and paid. At the moment, shopper is only able to use the app to add more item to the existing confirmed order prior to delivery. Please add more functions to make the app more useful. Thanks.

Non Functional App. Just downloaded it, and it won't even let me register. Keeps saying I need the latest version of the app. As in more recent than the last minute? If you guys want folks to use your app, then make it functional. Right now, it's terrible.

Two things I want them to improve. 1. If you're in the middle of an upgrade or system update, please inform your users that there will be crashes on the app and to suggest using the desktop web page! I couldn't place orders for 2 days not knowing what's wrong. 2. Allow promo codes to be used in the deskrop version as well because your app crashes when you are in the middle of an upgrade.

Well since Happyfresh is shutting down in Malaysia I might as well write a review. Here goes. To give a bit of background, I've been using their service for over 2 years ever since MCO started. I'm happy to say it has been a pleasure to use it for that long. Even after we were allowed to go out, I still used this service (I've got no car). Sometimes hiccups like delays, missing or wrong items do happen BUT it's still an amazing service nonetheless.

The search function works better on the website. Luckily, the app and website are in sync. You just have to use 1x email account, otherwise promotional discount codes don't work. You can double check your shopping order and final total, to check out of stock & replaced items if you have not received a call. Check your bags whilst the driver is there, so you can return wrong items. Most of the time they arrive within the time-frame. Generally, the service is pretty good & convenient.

It's a good app to help you to grocery shop when you're busy, lazy to go outside, or simply don't wanna spend more for buying more stuff than you've planned. Edit in 2020: I think the customer service should respond faster about the missing items. So far, I've had 2 cases like this. The shopper forgot to put some stuff in the package, but I still got charged. The 1st one happened last year, I tried to contact through feedback but I got no response. The 2nd one has been solved.

Application is easy to use. Only a few errors on price in some items which never been fixed after informed. Customer Care (email & phone) is attentive and responsive. Shopper service is caring. So far no issues with the shoppers pick up my items or find replacement. Delivery service is sadly getting poorer and poorer each time of my orders. Some orders have been delayed more than 2 hours or even next day due to delivery traffic management. High demands but not enough delivery contractors.

Very disappointed and had the worse experience. After placing order and selecting the express delivery which is the most expensive, the shopper didn't even starts even after it has past the deliver time. Looks like they didn't know the concept of delivery time. If you want to deliver or start shopping whenever you please, don't charge the customer for a premium. Didn't even provide the courtesy to update the problem and can't contact their given customer support line since it's always busy.
