I am liking the app so far. I like the idea of getting rewarded just for riding around, which will help me upgrade my bike later. I also like doing the challenges, one of which was to support veterans. You get a nice little challenge token and bonus points for more rewards. Those challenges have got me to ride more and discover some new places. Make sure to visit the feedback section to report bugs. I actually got a response and a fix after sending out a bug a few times. I rarely get that.

Constantly crashes. More add than functionality. Very frustrating experience. Update: all my trips got deleted. Beyond useless! Another update: all trips got deleted again, but hey at least my push notifications and messages still work worth worthless HD content not even remotely on my area.

I've done 4 monthly riding challenges and have yet to see my points from mileage go to my account. Missing thousands of points. NOBODY in the stores knows how to use this app apparently and can't answer any questions. Separately had check in issues as well. HD do better, yeah? Far too expensive to be having sub par apps.

The app randomly resets your miles in trips. Sunday, I was at 890 miles logged and the app just restarted in my trip starting me back at 0 while I was going for the 1k. Not the first tine this happened. Also need to let you get credit for checking into more then 1 harley a day.

Harley should be ashamed! I've tried to use this app for years. More often than not, the app loses track of your trip when you are logging miles, so the miles just end up getting lost. Very frustrating if you're trying to go after the challenges. The latest problem is the app now routinely uses HUGE amounts of data, like 10MB ever couple seconds, or over a GIGABYTE every couple minutes. My cell carrier cut me off after HD app used too much data on my UNLIMITED plan!!!

You can not log into this app if there is no internet service. Therefore, if your on a ride, and the app somehow closes, you cannot access navigation. Makes downloading offline maps completely worthless. App needs to allow you to log in with no internet, and all of your saved rides should be synced to the device when you do have net access. This way you always have access to your saved or created rides, and this apps navigation. DEVS PLEASE FIX THIS. Would be 5 stars if this was fixed.

Downloaded a few years back and only used it successfuly a handful of times.. I've been trying to use the app since last week when I arrived in Sturgis and it won't even open now, it is stuck at the main screen. When trying to plot a trip it will always give you the fastest route (when it opens) and won't allow to plot a scenic or longer route. The app chews threw battery and data like no tomorrow as well.

Missing android auto integration, other than that, it works as expected! It's great that you have the possibility to import routes from .gpx, but the dependency on speech synthesis for turn by turn is kind of annoying. For people that like me don't like to have their very expensive phones exposed to weather and vibrations and have an external android auto compatible display that can be mounted on the bike, the addition of android auto support would be an amazing feature.
