UX is very poor. When clicked a particular resto, sometimes not showing anything at all. When filtered said hundreds, only 20 popped up and that's all. Wish i could capture the screen to show what i meant.

In my personal opinion this app is useless. They gathered all rooftops bars in Bangkok all with good views and extremely bad customer service, better using Google Maps if u want to go somewhere fancy and not be overcharged, yes on the app prices are different from what they're in reality and most of those bars staff doesn't even speak English, treating u poorly and on the end overcharging your bill....

NOT able to use my Hungary Points Redemption. It used to be able to but the latest version is missing even though the Restaurant allow Redeem Hungary Points. Pls fix the bugs.

Very slow. Search function is really bad. It can't type in anythimg unless you keep refresh page 4-5 times.

The app looks serious, but I could not manage to order any food. I click delivery and it's showing me restaurants that are closed, some others with dine-in only, from other cities ... One could expect like any food delivery app: open the app, see the food immediately available on open restaurants, click on it, pay, and get it 30-40min later

Honestly, I can't figure out what I am getting if I book a reservation at a restaurant using this app. A discount? How much? When? Anytime? From what to what? "Package"? Points? So far I am seeing a lot of All-You-Can-Eat deals, which aren't usually my thing and never what my Thai girlfriend wants. I added this app thinking it would work as an alternative to eatigo. But unless it is made clearer to me what exactly the deal is for me I doubt I will ever make a reservation through it.
