Cannot get logged in at all since you came out with the new app (could log in without any problems on the old app). Have tried about ten times now. I can still log in on the website, so my password/login isn't the problem. The error message is that BCBS NM cannot find my login info and it says to call the number on the back of my insurance card, which is what I'm about to do.

I just began Blue Cross Blue Shield for my health coverage; it's been a very smooth experience. Well OnTarget seems like it would be awesome if it worked... cant sync my fitbit I always get an error saying it is unavailable at that time. For weeks it has not worked. My appointments and what I have paid dont seem to be tracked either so truly not sure the point of this other than being able to view my insurance card on my phone...

Garbage app logged me out 10 minutes after installing it. I had to cancel an appointment because of this.

Basic functions of the application do not work. Provider finder crashes with a "Something Went Wrong" message when trying to use it. The automatic add insurance card function also fails with a connection error. Better off using the website. Not worth downloading.

"Looks like your account does not have the required permissions to log in." Hmm, thats odd because I can login to the website. Why can't I log in to the app? Updated April 8, 2021: App is working as expected. Thank you for fixing the login error.
