The cameras and lights work well for the most part. The largest problem is that they sold the apk rights to a Chinese company that has zip for customer service. They say you can't download the APK on to your computer. Well, I'm here to tell you, you can. You just need to be smarter than the developers (which isn't that hard). Ever heard of an android emulator? New development, God forbid you have to delete then reboot your account. You lose the cloud storage. They never respond either. Lost 8 mo

I purchased several Floodlight Security Cameras and am quite disappointed with my decision! I was unaware that EACH camera Requires its very Own monthly/annually PAID subscription to even be able to access ANY of the video recordings, otherwise, its basically Just a live stream Only device with mediocre video quality at best that is so Not worth the price Nor the costly expense(s)! Especially since the cost of EACH unit was over $200 a piece plus the additional $50-$60 per year for EACH device!

The app allows you to set a schedule, but the light shuts off when it should be on. The motion sensing also only works when it wants to.

I had issues as others have stated, with this new update installed on 12/08/24 my issues are now fixed, a new company owns these products called Global Electric. I am getting notifications once more.

The hardware is fine, the app and customer service are awful. Namely the app notifications stopped working months ago, then the app was pulled from the app store for a few weeks, which was concerning, and now that it's back, the notifications still do not work. The in app support and online support are black holes of communication.

Seems to work well except the setting for motion zones doesn't seem to save. If set for movemenr, notifies, keeps a pic of every car that drives by and person that comes to the door that I can't seem to down load. I added an 2gb SC card. In HD, it filled, recording all night. Has a bar at the bottom that I can slide with the Time overlay, there is a tick on the bar for each notification. I'll buy the motion light, aim it at my mango tree and pineapples. So I can blare a light on movement.

Would actually give zero stars if possible. Camera is fine. The app is a clone of other camera apps and that is the reasoning behind my bad review. Have no way of looking up recorded video down to a minute. Also when you go to the motion detected alerts you see a picture at the top in the corner it says view. When clicked it takes you to the live view not the view of what was recorded. Doesnt make sense. We would be there to see what happened. Not to go back to live view. Please fix for more 🌟

Well I am going to start off by saying I hardly ever give a badd review. The secur360 doorbell is horrible doorbell. Obviously experiences may vary. Doorbell does not stay connected to internet. I have to redo it every 1 or 2 days. It doesn't not ring my mechanical bell. The audio is very very low. I'm completely disappointed. I hope you get better results.
