The app is the equivalent to the AMC Pacer. Not to be outdone by the ever classic, best in class.....Ford Pinto. Works when it wants, stalls out every time it's running. Not to mention having to install and uninstall every time you clock in and out. And the times when the system drops a day off your schedule. Now that's aces! When it doesn't feel like sending a code so you can log in. That's the tops! Whoever developed this might be a sadist. FIX THE BUGS

I wish I could give zero stars. Update causes app to freeze on company logo screen. App constantly asks for permission to make and manage phone calls and I will absolutely not grant that permission on my personal phone. End of shift survey remains annoying and unnecessary. Please just give us a working version of the app that doesn't need to be uninstalled and reinstalled to make it work.

Update: The issue was fixed shortly after my last review but continues with the same problem today 10/27. It's an inconvenience not having the app working properly. [Old review] For some reason it will no longer send me a verification code. That is even with updating the app. Never really had any issues before today.

This app sucks it's constantly updating and gets worse I haven't been able to log in since Monday and I been having to reach out to supervisors and to dispatch and hope I get someone I've emailed HR and left message and they never respond this app is terrible

Self scheduling for shifts is never up to date so nearly all the shifts shown as available are either already taken or are for posts that have secured.

Will randomly log you out and then not allow you to log back in due to broken 2FA. Corporate has zero employee support when it comes to their app.

Illegally takes away 10 to 20 minutes away from my clock in time when I stay over! I have no choice but to stay at post until I'm screened out but the app makes it so I don't get paid for it! Very bad app! Also, I'm forced to do a survey every time I clock out. I just want to push a button to clock out.
