What an annoying application. I got approved already after registration but when I opened the app to login it just keeps saying "network error" or "server connection error" or "request time out". I checked my network connection and it's not even the problem because other applications on my phone are working fine. Tried reinstalling and the same issue keeps showing app. How am I even gonna use it to track my card limit? This app is annoyingly inconvenient.

the first time I register it says email is already used, so I tap forgot password but it says email not found in database wth! , I was able to register on 3rd attemp. Functionality is very poor tapping contact and report a problem wont go anywhere and when requesting reimbursent it will ask you to setup bank accnt but when selecting "ok" it will just close the app and wont go anywhere. Is there other way to get reimbursed?

For me, the app upgrade is good! Its slow sometimes but its ok, the app is doing its purpose. Finding doctors are easy, and most importantly, was able to request for medicine reimbursement thru the app. Unlike my prev. HMO, I still needed to print forms.

Crashing when clicking id to fullscreen Edit: now they removed the capability to view id in fullscreen. And new bug appeared. When you go to your profile, it tries to load then a blank page appears. V1.34.15

Overall the app is good, however it has several bags that leads to crashes. I think adding persistence to the code will be good for avoiding hassle in logging in evertime.

Useless app, mobile app support cannot give resolution to logging in issues. Even after I sent emails regarding this concern along with the screenshots they've requested, it was left UNRESOLVED. POOR APP, POOR SERVICE

Very inconvenient. This app is supposed to help improve efficiency, however, this app does the total opposite. Very laggy and total waste of time!

worst experience, registering is so dang hard, verification code will be sent but no pop ups to enter the code in the end, you can mistakenly click again, and or there is nothing to send the code to, now you cannot access your account
