I've been with Lebara for 3 years now and have noticed this year 2025 it's shocking the internet drops out at least 3 times a day sometimes for a couple hours sometimes 30 minutes I have rang them and messaged them to see if they have changed anything but I'm still waiting for them to message back that was 4 weeks ago I've never had issues like this before ok lagging issues internet freezing issues are still continuing this needs to be fixed asap all. I'm out

Been trying to transfer my number for a week's now, apparently it was meant to do it with 4-6 hours. Staff want you off the chat really quickly, they don't help, I sent an email to them, no response, they don't work weekends, so there's no help there either. The app is clunky, tapping settings boots you from the app and crashes... Do not recommend this company. Rubbish service!!! Don't get involved with them!!

The app wasn't showing my bonus data. After a phone call (& a lengthy wait in queue), I was told it will show up if I log in using a web browser. So, what's the point in the app then? I was close to my plan's expiry, so I asked if the bonus data would be banked. I was informed it would, but I lost it all! I was just trialling Lebara, I've decided to try someone else instead now.

Absolutely aweful setup/authentication process. Useless instructions say go to website to authenticate, which one cannot do because cannot connect because not authenticated! Even when working where there was WiFi, the signup process was torturous, required numerous attempts, and finally said "call the help desk" to finalise - which of course was closed. I have travelled to many countries and have used many local SIM cards. 5 mins to set up is typical. Lebara took 2 days!

Bonus data not listed or represented in app. Can find it listed if log into account on website but still not represented in dial graph even there. Livechat lists current reply time as under a minute but the two times I have tried to use it I have given up after 20 minutes. Consistency of reception not as good as Vodaphone.

The app is easy to use, has a great layout and much better than using the web portal. I would suggest also adding an option to check the adjustment history as you still need to go back to the web portal to view this detail. People relying on the app may not be aware of this additional missing detail being available on the portal. Other than that, keep up the great work and looking forward to maybe seeing the adjustment history appear in the app in future.

Terrible user experience using the app. If you have purchased a physical voucher, do not select the e-sim otherwise it charges your credit without any confirmation. We had followed the on-screen instructions and was billed. Spent ages on the live chat (contact centre said to use the live chat), only to be told that it's our fault.

Where to start. Their system sent it to the wrong address despite being given the exact address, the phone plan activated but they didn't put the plan on the provided simcard so now I have a simcard that has no internet or outgoing calls. Going through there support again tomorrow, were it not for a yearly price on phone service and $10ish a month I would not bother with this company. Avoid. Unless you are cutting costs too in that case it was the cheapest available..
