Nice app and service. I have used AwardWallet for the past few years. I like that it helps me keep track of so many of my points, account numbers, and point/mile expiration in a convenient way. Being able to link and sync with TripIt has added to the feature set by keeping track of travel plans. Overall, I'm satisfied with the utility of this app and would suggest it to anyone that wants to keep their points, miles, account numbers, and travel in an easy way.

Weird interface that's not intuitive. The scan card thing doesn't seem to work, it can't even figure it where the card is in the picture. It wants to do to much. All I want is to put in my credit cards and then see where I get the most cash back or points in a store. This just wants to do more and I don't trust it to log into my accounts. (And it doesn't need to for what I want.) Uninstalling.

Been using AwardWallet for a few years now and the service itself has been useful considering all the points I have to keep track of. For the app itself two things could be improved about the UI: 1. Needs a dark mode. At night all the white color is blinding. 2. In the overview it would be nice to have some way of seeing when the account was last updated. Not all accounts stay up to date (can even be a month or more out of date) so not being able to see this in the overview is problematic.

KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid! This app is very smooth! Wish the website was a bit more 'colorful' and could allow the user to cross-check the accounts a bit more clearly (ie moving alllll the credit scores to the bottom). *First program I've seen that's easier to see in the app than it is on the web. Also wish they had more airlines auto-update, but that's just life. C'est la vie!

So far so good! I've always used this app for points tracking but recently started using their trip manager and I'm in awe. So smooth and easy once you link your email to track your travel plans. I used to use TripIt but that app started lagging so I'm happily using this now. Only thing, i wish the travel plan manager was a little prettier and easier to read. When you create a trip maybe alternate the color or include a pic of the city to differentiate.

I have been a paid member for many years, and I felt the website has deteriorate so much over the years. Back in the days when I update my accounts, I would only get a handful of error messages. Nowadays, around 1/4 of all my account would show up as error. Doesn't seem like the admins want to put too much effort in this app. I will unsubscribe after the pay period ends.

Great app for tracking points, balances, upcoming travel and more. The instructions for linking accounts could be a little more clear. Have wasted a lot of time trying to update connected accounts, when in the end the fastest course of action was to remove the account from Award Wallet and then reconnect it. When the accounts stay connected though it's a great app!

I was prevented from adding rewards from major airlines, which is the main reason I'm here, so this app is essentially useless. I don't need an app to track my credit card because I already have the credit card app to do that. I need an app to track my rewards programs but it doesn't do any good if you can't get major airline or hotel accounts added.
