The app does not let me log in. I get an "Oops! An error has occurred" popup. I have cleared app data and cache, and still get the same issue. I have also tried resetting the pin, but clicking on the link in the email also shows an error popup message within the app.

How do you leave a review on the bike you just used? I don't know who leaves these reviews? iPhone users? I don't see any option on Android phones, I am using a Google Pixel. So often it shows 3 out of 3 stars, and then you ride the bike and there is no assistance activated. In case I could at least leave a review, so then one can make a proper decision on which bike is actually working. Nothing in the FAQ, would be great for the city's developers to read these reviews and provide some feedback.

Very badly programmed app, probably bad IT backbone as well. System doesn't recognise me, their support say they do and that it should be working. I fully agree, it should indeed, but it doesn't. Wouldn't rely on these bikes when in a hurry. When it actually worked, I had to release three bikes before finding a functioning one. Rubbish maintenance.

App is constantly crashing every 3-5 minutes. First bike's chain was off. Second bike crashed the app twice in a row without releasing. Third bike's locking mechanism didn't release the bike but registered it as released. Couldn't try a fourth bike while third was still allegedly not returned. Walked home again to take the car. Shouldn't have bothered in the first place and walked to the destination right away… would've been faster and would've avoided chasing a parking spot.

The app is slow. Also often I have to restart it so that it works otherwise it will say 'error' when realising a bike. Also I cannot review the bikes anymore since a few years, it just stopped working once I reinstalled the app after deleting it by mistake. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app but it still doesn't work. A lot bikes and bike racks are damaged and you waste a lot of time to find a good bike. The maintenance should definitely be improved and vandalism is a big problem.

Impossible to add a payment method without the physical token (which is terribly outdated). When trying to add said payment method with no token (using Lux Trust, like I do for everything else), I have to switch from VelOh to LuxTrust app. One I switch back, all the card info is lost and I have to start all over. It is impossible to pay. This is beyond stupid.

It's really difficult for me to use it because most of the time the app does not locate me properly. It says I am more than 50m away and therefore it does not release a bike for me. It constantly happens. And it is not a problem of my phone because at the same time Google maps is able to give me my true location. Update: after using two times the bikes, now I can't use veloh anymore because the app keeps saying me "error". I have tried several stations, still error.

All good, app is ok (android user), just a little problem with the paying method, when you register it dont touch the screen, it's going to do some things automatically and if you do touch it it will stop and kick you out. With the bike, there was one that didn't get out, but I just let it there, and it recognised I didn't take it out so I could unlock a different one. If you are afraid your bike is going to be broken/ malfunctioning, just look at the reviews on the app before unlocking.
