The game is ok. Support absolutely sucks!! I've tried to resolve a game issue and I have not even been contacted once! It's the furniture items. Mine all disappeared! Except for the ones I placed in the house. So since that happened I can no longer earn my rewards. I sent them several emails, with photos and I uninstalled and reinstalled the game! All I got was crickets. Maybe this review will get them to do something! If so I will happily give it a better review!

Update-Thank you for fixing some of the issues. I really liked this game. It keeps you playing for hours with all the different mini worlds. Once you get so far in a world, the time runs out and that world disappears. But when new world starts, you have to find the same items. Why can't our items be transferred to new world. Loosing everything and having to start over is frustrating. Language issue is still there. No matter what language you choose, multiple languages show up throughout game.

I've had problems with the game for the last 3 weeks. The Dream Home island they tout in the description has a bug. You earn decorations for both inside and outside from a lottery. That part still works. The decorations, both the new ones I get every day plus the ones I amassed before the problem, are missing from the storage. I have emailed customer service twice. Both times I received an email 4-5 days later telling me the problem will be fixed on Friday. It hasn't been fixed yet.

I can't figure out the purpose of the dream home area. I don't like the special event screens. The tasks require too much energy, andthe event doesn't last long enough to complete without purchases.

Nice, but progress can be slow.. I understand that there is new adventures and you have to complete them in a certain time. But, I started the dance hall and it just disappeared. Then there is the dream home in a language I don't understand.. I accidentally pressed on something and next you know all my cash is gone. It's frustrating to come online every other HR, instead of spending some good time on the game...

Great game very relaxing, from the moment you start playing it draws you right in & every new part of the storyline you find yourself needing to find out more. This game is relaxing,fun,addictive & overall a great game. Anyone who's a fan of merge games I definitely recommend you add & download this game to your other merge games. What's up with the latest download? Gets stuck half way and won't finish. Doesn't matter which device is being used. And this is half way through a challenge. Most annoying.
