Cant even login to the app after logging out. I even got the right ID and password combination and it still returns with an error. When I tried resetting my password, the screen remains unresponsive after inputting my email and IC. 0/5 rating

I like that we can now renew our license through the app, but the downside is that there is no option to opt for a physical driving license card. Renewing through the app only issues digital license which I feel a lot of other people would still prefer to have the physical card instead of digital. Please give option to renew through the app and collect at nearest JPJ Branch, like Passport.

App doesn't work when renewing license. It let's you select the year and payment method then it prompted an exclamation mark sign. Then nothing happened. Stuck in limbo. Why force us to use an app that doesn't work?????

Recently we notice myJPJ app having small bug on kongsi road tax, the system sometimes show sometimes dies not show the kongsi detail, have to tried many times updates, than it appear, than later will disappear again.Moreover, the app dies not has the function remove the kongsi details after the car is sold .Very weir .Hope developer of look at this issue and resolve it in the next update.

An apps with stupid bugs, can't reset password at all, and even mentioned that my registered ID "not available". Key in correct password but keep on said wrong password, reset password but showinf "can't use password same with previous password."

Can't create a new account as it keeps telling me to input the correct email format. Like what does that even mean? I've been using that email for almost 2 decades on other websites/applications and never had any problems with it

I have a question if there is no Line near a place, how do we show the license if there is no internet, the battery dies and there is no Line, how do we show the license at that time.Right now, card licenses are not issued anymore. Everything is in the phone license only. If things like what I said before happen, what should be done?can anyone answers this question.High expect this answers from this app creator ...

Having to reset password after a while is good security idea, but no use if I can't even reset my password! 12 maximum word is also doesn't make sense. For best security purpose, you should enable as much length as user like. It's basically like driving a car with helmet on but without seat belt. Even with set my password to 12 character and other requirement, I still can't reset my password.
